Everyone says that breakfast is the most important meal of your day. It gives you an energy boost for all the exciting activities ahead, and a healthy one is great for those morning munchies. Do not give into the snack machine! It’s way too early for Doritos, trust me. But few of us have the time and energy, especially after a crazy night on the town, to have breakfast. I know I don’t.
